These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the phlogo platform and all services offered through it. By creating a phlogo account or accessing any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use phlogo. This is a strict legal requirement under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.
Each player is permitted to hold only one phlogo account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
All phlogo bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements and specific terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until wagering conditions are met. Abuse of bonus offers will result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlogo login credentials. phlogo will never ask for your password via email or chat. Report any unauthorized access to support immediately.
Fraud, collusion, use of automated software, money laundering, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited on phlogo. Violations will result in permanent account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.
phlogo reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. Check this page regularly.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and phlogo. By completing the phlogo registration process, accessing the phlogo Login page, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including the phlogo Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
If you are using the phlogo Platform on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms & Conditions. In such a case, references to "you" shall include both the individual user and the represented entity.
phlogo's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not be construed as a waiver of that provision or of phlogo's right to enforce it at a future time. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a competent court to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
To be eligible to register and use the phlogo Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
phlogo reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable documents for age and identity verification include, but are not limited to: a valid Philippine passport, a driver's license issued by the Land Transportation Office (LTO), a PhilSys National ID, or any other government-issued identification document bearing the Player's photograph and date of birth.
Where phlogo has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 21, phlogo may suspend the Account immediately pending verification. Any funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the original payment source, minus any amounts already wagered, and no winnings shall be paid out.
To access real-money games on phlogo, you must complete the registration process via the phlogo Login page and create a verified Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.
Each Player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active phlogo Account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, payment method, or household — is strictly prohibited. phlogo employs advanced detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, phlogo reserves the right to close all associated accounts, forfeit any balances, and permanently ban the Player from the Platform.
You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlogo Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any other person. phlogo will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or SMS. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phlogo customer support immediately.
phlogo is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations and responsible gaming obligations to verify the identity of all Players. KYC verification is mandatory before processing any withdrawal request. phlogo may also require KYC at account opening or at any point during your use of the Platform. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe specified by phlogo will result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is completed.
phlogo supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Transfer, BDO Online Transfer, Metrobank Online Transfer, and other Philippine e-wallets as made available from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. phlogo does not accept deposits from payment methods registered under names other than the Account holder's verified name.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to a Player's phlogo Account within seconds. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, or Metrobank may take up to one (1) banking business day to process. phlogo does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose its own transaction fees, for which phlogo bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Once KYC is completed, phlogo targets same-day processing of withdrawal requests submitted before 5:00 PM Philippine Standard Time (PST) on banking business days. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within two (2) hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one (1) to two (2) banking business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
phlogo reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal if: (a) KYC documents have not been submitted or verified; (b) there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms; (c) the Account is under investigation; or (d) active bonus funds have not met the applicable wagering requirements. Funds derived from the exploitation of software errors, game glitches, or collusion are not eligible for withdrawal.

All Games available on the phlogo Platform operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. phlogo is committed to providing a transparent and fair gaming environment for all Filipino players.
Each Game on the phlogo Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. phlogo accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to understand the rules of any Game.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's screen and the result recorded on phlogo's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed conclusive and authoritative. Technical malfunctions, disconnections, or communication failures do not entitle a Player to a refund of wagers already placed, except where phlogo determines, in its sole discretion, that a malfunction has directly caused an incorrect game outcome.
phlogo reserves the right to void any wager or game result where it determines that a technical error, software glitch, or manipulation has affected the integrity of the game. In such cases, the affected wager amount will be returned to the Player's Balance.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phlogo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
All content on the phlogo Platform — including, without limitation, the phlogo name, logo, trademarks, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of phlogo or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the phlogo Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include any right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the phlogo Platform without phlogo's prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of phlogo's intellectual property is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlogo, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phlogo Platform.
phlogo's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlogo Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
phlogo makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phlogo shall not be liable for any service interruptions caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or government actions.
phlogo collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines and its implementing rules and regulations. By using the phlogo Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phlogo Privacy Policy.
phlogo uses your personal data for the following primary purposes: (a) verifying your identity and age; (b) processing deposits and withdrawals; (c) providing customer support; (d) complying with anti-money laundering obligations; (e) communicating promotional offers where you have opted in to receive marketing communications; and (f) improving the Platform and user experience.
phlogo does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and game software providers — solely to the extent necessary to deliver our services. All third-party data processors are contractually obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of your information.

You may close your phlogo Account at any time by contacting phlogo customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges owed to phlogo.
phlogo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if phlogo determines, in its sole discretion, that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) you have engaged in any fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity; (c) you have provided false information during registration or KYC; (d) you are no longer eligible to use the Platform; or (e) your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to the integrity, security, or reputation of phlogo.
Upon termination of your Account, all licenses granted to you under these Terms & Conditions will immediately cease. phlogo may retain your personal data for as long as required by applicable Philippine law, including for anti-money laundering record-keeping purposes. Termination of your Account does not affect any accrued rights or liabilities of either party as of the date of termination.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute between you and phlogo arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phlogo customer support. phlogo will endeavor to resolve all disputes in good faith within fifteen (15) business days of receiving written notice of a complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the specified period, both parties agree that the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Makati City or such other venue as the parties may agree in writing.
phlogo reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time, in its sole discretion. When material changes are made, phlogo will post the updated Terms & Conditions on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification.
Your continued use of the phlogo Platform after the posting of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to any updated terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact phlogo support to close your Account.
phlogo recommends that all Players review these Terms & Conditions periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations. The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time a transaction or event occurs shall govern that transaction or event.
