In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further fifteen (15) business days, with written notice provided to you explaining the reason for the extension. phlogo may request proof of identity before processing a rights request to prevent unauthorized disclosure.
phlogo's age verification process is designed to prevent minors from accessing the Platform. If phlogo discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, phlogo will immediately: (a) suspend the associated account; (b) delete all personal data collected from the underage individual; (c) return any deposited funds to the original payment source, minus any amounts already wagered; and (d) report the incident to relevant authorities where required by law.
